Hi Sam – I just want to give you a big THANK YOU!!! Your quick and responsive help (although we made our own flight arrangementsL) you did not ignore my plea for help in re-routing us to get to NYC!! We missed the 3:00 but they got us on the 4:00 and everything went smoothly from there on!! CRUISE WEST
We just want to say thank-you for sending us the signed adventure novel and for helping us plan a wonderful holiday. We got back this past weekend from Alaska, and as you say, "we dreamed it and you did make it happen". We had a fantastic time, saw superb sights, and met wonderful people along the way. Cruise West was definitely the way to go for us. They could not have been more accommodating or more pleasant, and they provided a great itinerary. We took almost 600 photos, so it will take a while to sift through them and whittle them down a little. We will try to send a few when they are sorted out. Now it's time to start saving for our next trip. Meanwhile, we will enjoy reading the novel and dreaming of our time in Alaska. Thanks again.
